Colon hydrotherapy is offered in a private treatment room using FDA-cleared equipment. Sessions are guided by comfort level and are generally 45 to 60 minutes.

Infrared Sauna

Private heat sessions for relaxation and reset

Infrared sauna sessions are available stand-alone or paired with hydrotherapy. Session length is typically up to 30 minutes based on comfort and hydration needs.

  • Adjustable heat and light settings
  • Towels and water available on site
  • Private room with transition time included

Hydration and pacing guidance is provided before and after your visit.
